While the state of Florida has many beautiful beaches and reefs, Key Largo is home to the largest of them. Because of that fact, it is also known as the dive capital of the world, attracting thousands of scuba divers and snorkelers each year. There are so many wonderful things to see and experience in Key Largo, you may find that your time there is too short! Luckily you can see as much as possible with the help of some wonderful tour companies and charter boats. Theater of the Sea has a wonderful assortment of things to do, from charter cruises, to dolphin shows, sea lions, and manta rays. You can even swim with all of the animals if you wish! There are also snorkel tours and scheduled programs as well. If you like adventure, definitely check out Caribbean Water Sports. They offer parasailing, wave runners, sailing, private boating trips, and much more. They also allow visitors to rent kayaks, paddle boats, wet suits, and there are even massages given on the beach! For a really interesting experience, try to catch a ride on the Key Largo Princess, a large glass bottom boat. A typical cruise on this beautiful boat lasts about two hours, and there are also adult cocktail cruises available. You will marvel at the natural beauty beneath your feet when you travel across the waterways of lovely Key Largo in a glass bottom boat. The boat allows for panoramic views of the Keys and stunning views of the all natural reefs.
